We want to be a tool for our clients to assist them in becoming and staying PROACTIVE with their Health and Fitness. Whether you're a beginner or have been active for years we want to make it easier to maintain or make improvements in your fitness lifestyle.
PROACTIVE is defined as creating or controlling a situation by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened.
Becoming PROACTIVE with a person's Health and Fitness is done much like you would with any change to a situation in your life. To be in control of a situation you need to get perspective, insight, make a plan, and take action. The best way to do that is through Systematic Problem Solving. This is how you can make real lasting changes in your own life. Everyone has individual strengths and weaknesses in different parts of this process. We want to help you with any part of the process that you need and want help with!
Define your actual reasons why you want to make a change. Be honest with yourself to help you clarify your real goal. Keep this goal in mind as motivation when things get hard.
• We have goal-setting questionnaire sheets to help you figure this out.
Take time, get real knowledge, seek experts and helpers. Gather Data to assess what plan to take. Quit trying the same thing over and over expecting different results.
• With 15+ years experience in Health & Fitness and multiple nationally recognized certifications we have the expertise to help!
Be systematic, breaking up big goals into a realistic plan with smaller incremental goals. Expect to have obstacles and failures. We must plan on how to deal with them. The biggest part of reaching goals is moving past failures on the way.
• Helping you develop a fitness or nutrition program right for you is something we love to do. Personal experience with fitness successes and failures helps us prepare you for dealing with your obstacles.
The Plan in Action. Consistency is everything. Keep getting back on the bike/horse. This is how we build discipline.
• We help you HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE to follow through on the plan. Utilizing the scheduled sessions, Check-ins, and motivation reminders.
At a set point, we assess your progress and how the plan is working. Make adjustments to the current plan or set a new goal if needed.
• We can use scheduled reassessments based on personal set points to help you adjust plans to reach your current goal.
There is always work you have to do to make a personal change. We want to make this process as direct and streamlined as possible by being a support that you can count on.
